Our Story

We first crossed paths back in 2017, working at a generalist recruitment agency. A little while later, we both moved into in-house recruitment for a veterinary group, and that’s where we really found our stride. We were hiring across all sorts of roles (from practice to head office) and quickly fell in love with the vet world. There’s just something special about working with people who genuinely care about animals.

The veterinary sector has always been where we feel most at home. Over the years, we’ve built up loads of experience in finding great people, having real conversations, and creating long-lasting connections with both clients and candidates.

In January 2025, we officially launched HK Recruitment Specialists to bring all that experience (and love for the vet world) into a business that truly reflects us - friendly, honest, and totally committed to finding the right people for the right roles.
