Our story

Our journey together began in 2017 when we met while working at a generalist recruitment agency—Karolina managing a successful industrial desk and Emily overseeing a thriving commercial desk.

Our professional collaboration continued as we both transitioned into in-house recruitment roles for a veterinary company, where we focused on sourcing talent across multiple divisions. Over time, our recruitment journey has expanded far beyond the veterinary sector, covering a wide range of industries and roles. This diverse experience has allowed us to develop a comprehensive skill set in candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
