Role Overview:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of 5 Engineers, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of key engineering projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, setting clear technical goals, and ensuring that all engineering activities align with business objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the planning, design, development, and delivery of engineering projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align engineering strategies with business goals.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all engineering processes.
- Identify and drive process improvements to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an engineering leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in managing projects and driving them to successful completion.
- A background in manufacturing or a similar engineering field is highly desirable.
