Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make your next career move?

We are working with a dynamic client who is seeking a skilled and passionate HR Advisor to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related matters.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Support employee relations, managing disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career progression opportunities.
- Assist in the management of employee wellbeing programs and other HR projects as required.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
